Congress 2026 will end with the option for a pre-registered sight-seeing tour of Ottawa highlighting the city’s museums, galleries, national buildings – and natural beauty.

Ottawa
Stay in Ottawa an extra day and enjoy visiting:

Montreal’s standout children’s literary sites include:
- BAnQ — Bibliothèque et Archives nationales du Québec, a combined national library, national archives, and public library that brings together, preserves, and promotes heritage materials from or related to Québec including an exceptional children’s collection.
- La librairie Monet, a destination bookstore with a renowned children’s section
- La salle de documentation de Communication-Jeunesse, where children’s books are collected and conserved

Prince Edward Island: Home of Anne of Green Gables
Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island’s capital city, is about 3.5 hours away from Ottawa by plane, with one connection in Montréal.
Exceptional children’s literary sites in Prince Edward Island include:
- The University of Prince Edward Island’s L.M. Montgomery Institute, whose collection includes rare Lucy Maud Montgomery books and artefacts.
