Since earlybird registration opened in March, we have had delegates register from Australia, Canada, China, Germany, France, Hungary, Iran, the Netherlands, Sri Lanka, and the United States of America.
These delegates will join IBBY representatives from China, Costa Rica, Cyprus, France, Ireland, Italy, Lebanon, Malaysia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, and Zimbabwe.
Space for Congress is limited. If you are planning on attending, we strongly encourage you to register early. There, you will find information about travel, accommodations, tourism, and the Congress theme and program.

The Call for Papers is now open
The Call for Papers opened on June 1, 2025. Interested participants are encouraged to submit a request to contribute with an oral presentation, a panel presentation, a roundtable, or a poster presentation. The deadline for submissions is November 1, 2025.
